Current Status: Direct Studio Pickup Only
We currently do not offer parcel shipping or courier delivery alternatives. Every transaction is assigned strictly to our physical studio pipeline for manual verification and collection.
Pickup Desk
All completed orders must be claimed in-person at our designated Ruiru studio location. Your inventory is instantly packed and protected inside our station lockboxes.
Holding Windows
Paid allocations will be held within our active physical vault for a maximum of 30 business days. Uncollected assignments shift to deep storage reserves.
Future Transit
We are mapping logistics partnerships to support courier integrations across Nairobi and Kiambu County. Automated shipping tools scale live post-testing.
Quality Audits
Because items are claimed by hand at our flagship assembly station, users are highly encouraged to thoroughly inspect all packages prior to exiting the facility layout.
